Cyberpunk is a science fiction that has been here for awhile. After being a separate genre when the authors took small elements from old movies, it created a new wave. It focuses on the dystopian future with excessive use of technology; high tech, low life.
Seeing these concepts, use of drugs and technology to make yourself stronger is one of the main signature in a cyberpunk world. But is it really a fiction?
In the current world of ever growing technology and use of "drugs", are we already living in somewhat of this cyberpunk world?
